On a full moon day tides are high, so does it increase car mileage on full moon day?

If gravitational pull is high from moon so the tides are high, does it increase the car mileage as the gravitational pull on the vehicle is more from moon and its weight reduces, so the car mileage can increase. May be stupid but isn't it reasonably a scientific question?
