A supermoon
The technical term is a perigee syzygy (of the Earth–Moon–Sun system), and results in a Moon which looks larger than usual. Usually three or four full or new moons a year may be classified as supermoons. A gibbous moon is one which is waxing into, and past, its third quarter.

If gravitational pull is high from moon so the tides are high, does it increase the car mileage as the gravitational pull on the vehicle is more from moon and its weight reduces, so the car mileage can increase. May be stupid but isn't it reasonably a scientific question?
