Best answer

Blood Group A or Blood Group O

Blood group A can either receive blood from a person of group A or group O. Group A is obvious answer does not require explanation, blood group O is the universal donor so he can give the blood to a person of any blood group. Group O has neither A nor B antigens on red cells (but both A and B antibody are in the plasma) so he can be universal donor.
