They are polar
A polar molecule has one slightly positive end while the other is slightly negative, a difference in electronegativity between the components which are bonded in the molecule. Nonpolar molecules are ones on which the components cancel out one another's electronegativity. Polarity underlies a number of physical properties including surface tension, capacity to dissolve, solubility, and melting and boiling points. All the compounds in the question are highly reactive.
