Lord Krishna and His principle wife Rukmini's had a daughter with name Charumati is alone mentioned in Srimad Bhagavata (10.61.24). She was married to Bali, the son of Krtavarma.
But according to A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Lord Krishna had a daughter by each of His wives numbering a total of 16108.
