Step 3: Use of the shelve solutions, get all SaaS products subscription that can save you time from technical challenges. Example: For CRM tool, get Sales CRM & Pipeline Management Software , salesforce, etc. For Project management: get Jira | Issue & Project Tracking Software | Atlassian, Basecamp. For accounting get Online Accounting Software – Free Trial, Free Support | Xero or similar. Do not reinvent the wheel. Focus on what you do at best.
It is not a problem; if you are non-technical, however, you should understand what your limitations and a technical person limitations are. Be crystal clear that what can you do and what you cannot.
