cache files in some subdirs of /usr/share/icons

I'm running F18 (and F19), and I saw some files called *icon-theme.cache* in a lot of subdirs of /usr/share/icons, partially consuming a lot of disk space.

MY question: Can I remove them safely?

Rename the file... Come back in a week. If the world has not ended. Delete them. FWIW, I only found 3 of these on my system and they only add up to 160MB.

I looked in /lib/systemd and /etc/systemd, recursively, and none of the services or dependencies have the string pulseaudio in them.

On the kernels from kernel.org, we have the file hid-ids.h in:

linux-4.0.5/drivers/hid/hid-ids.h

This kernel is however missing from my F22 installation (with the Fedora kernel).

Any pointer of the possible location.
