How target enodeb will validate the new incoming user during x2 or s1 handover?

How target enodeb will confirm if the incoming user is a genuine user or not?

Is there any IE exchanged during HO preparation phase? I am expecting that during X2 handover AS SECURITY INFO in UE context is very helpful? Is that or not?

X2 handover request message may carry optional IE "handover restriction list" . IE contains majorly PLMNs information. Using this IE, somehow we can restrict admission of UE at target eNodeB through handover procedure.

I am expecting that
1. KeNB*: AS security base key generated by the source eNB for the target eNB’s use, i.e. KeNB to be used by the target eNB
2. based on the E-RAB QoS information, the target eNB reserves RRC resources to be used by the UE over the radio link (e.g. DRB ID allocation, etc.), and allocates C-RNTI

so I am expecting that Enodeb validate the UE based on AS security and if any UE is accessing the C-RNTI and DRB-ID of Target Enodeb, because target enodeb may assume that these identities are given to UE by source Enodeb.

correct me if i am wrong

As part of S1-AP procedure with MME relocation, Handover Required message sent to source MME. Target eNodeBId is present within the handover required. How source MME figure out target cell is being served by XYZ MME and sends "Forward relocation Request" message to XYZ MME.

Please provide reference also if it is there ?

In case of hub-and-spoke topology, X2 messaging can travel all the way back to an aggregation point, which may be co-located with EPC. In such scenario both X2 and S1 traverses same physical path (a.k.a X2 over S1). Please consider both Intra-MME and Inter-MME handover scenarios. Would X2 based handover in such a case yield advantage over S1 based handover. Thanks.

In the handover required message, there is an IE target TAI. How source eNodeB came to know TAI of target eNodeB ? Is it configurable parameter or UE report as part of handover or something else.
