There are two things i.e. Paging Frame and Paging Occasion, which are associated with a Paging Message.
Paging Frame tells about the Radio Frame Number and Paging Occasion tells about the sub frame number(s) which would carry paging message. As per my knowledge, sub frame # 0, 4,5 and 9 are used to carry paging messages.

There are several cases when an eNodeB is configured with different values than its neighbor. Default paging cycle may be one of those parameters. I want to know, in which different scenarios each value of the default paging cycle is used ?
