Which algorithm is used by PDCP layer to compress the IP header in to Token?

Can someone provide me some details that how this conversion is possible by which it compresses the IP header (Minimum of 20 bytes) in to Token that is 1 to 4 bytes ?

There are list methods which can be used for RoHC framework as follows:
1. Least Significant Byte Encoding. There is some limitation of LSB encoding that's why it's variant i.e. WLSB is used.
2. Scaled RTP Timestamp encoding.
3. Timer-based RTP Timestamp Compression.
4. IP-ID offset encoding.
5. Self-Describing Variable Length Code (SDVL) Encoding

Every data bearer established between UE and eNodeB, is associated with a RoHC profile Id.
profile Id corresponds to combination of network layer , transport layer and upper layer protocol.
