The IBM Cloud Systems Software (CSSW) is a product development organization within Systems and Technology Business Unit. CSSW has a very strong focus on Virtualization, Cloud management/enablement products and solutions.
Products worked by CSSW are the backbone to achieve Smarter Computing, and are a strategic component of the IBM Smarter Systems portfolio.
These products provide the building blocks for management of Data Center infrastructure. With CSSW products and solutions, customers can:
1. Automate data center operations by implementing cloud-ready virtual infrastructures
2. Unify the management of physical and virtual resources for IBM servers, storage and networks
3. Simplify the management of optimized systems
4. Achieve a single view of infrastructure within the data center

Desired Common Skills:
1. Product work experience
2. Strong communication skills
3. Strong problem solving skills
4. Exposure to Cloud/ Virtualization domain is an added plus
5. Work with globally distributed development teams and key stakeholders.

Desired Test Skills:
1. Working experience of Systems Management Tools, and product test experience.
2. Working knowledge of test automation tools, framework etc.
3. Experience in any of the programming languages like Java, Perl & Python.
4. Functional Verification testing and Regression testing.
5. Familiarity with test tools like - Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager, SVN.
6. Experience in writing JUnit, TestNG tests is an added plus.
