Position: Tech Lead – Telecom Resource
B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / M.Sc / MCA or Equivalent
-Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Avaya IP telephony and call center experience
-Candidate should have good written and verbal Communication in English language.
-Candidate should be Presentable.
-Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills.
-Basic Network knowledge.
-IP telephony troubleshooting
-Avaya CM, CMS & Nice troubleshooting & maintenance.
-Aspect PBX troubleshooting & maintenance.
-Coordination with Local Tech team for troubleshooting and IT Infra management.
