LTE: What is mapped GUTI, its uses and how it is constructed ?

I am looking for a method by which this mapped GUTI is constructed.
I just know that it is useful in inter-RAT mobility but does not know how it is constructed which RAT is responsible to generate this mapped Id.

what is the difference between native GUTI and mapped GUTI?

In LTE, during intital attach, UE will include Native or Mapped GUTI.. But what is mean by Native or mapped GUTI?
