Hi Hinamani,

Yes, SRS is supported in all UL carrier if Release and UE supports. UE can transmit all UL datata including PUCCH and SRS in other carrier. simultaneousTxSUL-NonSUL this param says weather UE supports SRS simultaneous to Primary and SUL or not.

For the second question, yes it is required for the gNB to detect the SUL UL quality.
