NR eNB will not send an ACK/NACK . So UE should hold the buffer untill it receives same HARQ process DCI0.
How long it hold if eNB delays the Scheduling same HARQ process?

Hi Jaganathan,

It is depends on the UE implementation. But at least it should hold untill HARQ RTT timer. As UL HARQ is based SF so eNB has to do new or re transmission is shorter time. if in worst case eNB holds then UE also should hold the HARQ buffer untill MAC reset happens or reconfiguration happens.
