Why there is no explicit DC carrier in 5G?How UE finds the middle of BW?

As per LTE phr ce (power headroom report) , UE sends the UE transmission power left. In NR or EN-DC why it needs to send for each enb and gnb cell?

Hi Bharath,

In 5G there is no explicit DC carrier. Instead There is AbsoluteFrequencyPointA which is lower frequency part of SSB and GSCN denotes the Center frequency of SSB. This is enough to complete the Sync procedure.
