Can we decrease MCS instead of MAC padding?

Hi poonam,

Decreasing MCS might help in robustness in decoding but it decrease the Cell throughput. If you observe more MAC padding then you can decrease the no of RB. Mac Padding can happen within the last RB, That cannot be avoidable.
