Hi,
As far as i know, UE doesn't know any notification for MIB change, eNB sends MIB every 40ms, and repeated in every Radio frame. UE keeps on reading. So specifically UE won't get any notification , UE wakes up and read

Reading MIB in every 40ms leads to an unwanted process right?suppose if UE is in IDLE then how it wakes up and reads? If UE is in connected mode DRX then how it reads in off duration? As per 331 spec it says, MIB modification will be notified by acquiring correspondence message , so this means MIB will not be read always ?
sorry, i frame my answer again, what i meant is "UE will be in drx cycle, it will not not read MIB always, as that will be redundant and drains UE battery".but as far as i know, UE will not be notified for MIB modification

Paging is sent whenever there is a change in system information and MIB is also a system information.
So, whenever there is a change in MIB, paging is triggered followed by broadcasting of updated MIB from eNB.
