Which event is used to trigger LTE to NR HO in stand alone configuration?

Since this is also a typical IRAT handover, the event should be B1 based of LTE configuring UE for NR cell measurements and UE reporting a good signal strength/PCI of NR cell in B1 report. Btw, should the query be rephrased "to trigger LTE to NR HO in Non-standalone configuration"?

In Non stand alone configuration NR cannot handle UE alone, So how does LTE to NR HO is possible in Non stand alone configuration

In 3GPP TS 36.306,
4.3.34.15 eventB2-r15
It said this field defines whether the UE supports event B2. In this release of specification, it is mandatory for a UE supporting NR SA operation to support eventB2-r15.
I don't know why the B2 event is related to NR SA operation. Can you help?
