How does DRX works in Dual SIM with same Registered cell?

Ideally in This scenario device should receive same DRX configuration otherwise when one SIM off other SIM will be on then this leads to battery drain. How ENB will get to know both SIM is on same device? Will ENB do something on this scenario?
