Hi,
Can you please elaborate your question? data stops means from higher application in UE is stops sending data? Or ENB stops giving DL data? Usually if no data then lower layer will be idle, once data resume again it will start functioning. It ESM functionality that once data transmission goes idle then it has to release the connection for idle mode.
Hi Jagan,
When Ue stops sending data for some time then how all L2 layers will behave. Is there anything in details apart from layers goes in Idle?

I am interested to know the entire data flow from EnodeB to UE across all the RA stack layers

Which message EnodeB will communicate to MME after Receiving the Reestablishment Complete message from UE. what else messages will transverse between EnodeB and MME, before sending Reconfiguration message to UE from EnodeB after Reestablishment complete message has been received at EnodeB.

RLC is one of the L2 layer in LTE radio protocol stack. It does many functions such as segmentation, re-assembling and along with that it supports various transmissions mode like transparent mode, acknowledgement mode and un-acknowledgement mode.
Now I want to understand for which type of RLC SDUs and PDUs transparent mode transmission is used.
Does the RLC create single RLC entity at cell level or at the UE level or at the bearer level ?
