Handsfree option paper in right side top of the screen how can I disable that?

Due to handsfree sign appear on the top of the screen in honor 9 lite I can't talk on calls without handsfree or speaker.
I want to disable this setting.Therefor I can talk on calls normally.

Can we disable security at UE so that UE can get attached to any eNodeB without security process?

I want to know whether we can disable security at UE and can the UE get attached to any eNodeB without security process if security disabled.

For example, in the scenario If UE at the border trying to connect to the eNodeB of the other side of the border, cannot connect because of security procedure So, if we disable can we connect to the other eNodeB.

Could any one please help me regarding this.
