If UE has reached maximum level of retransmission of RACH and stiil not received RAR ...it will have radio link failure

For the RACH due to maxSR, Msg3 will be MAC-CE rnti containing the old rnti of the UE.

What if eNB sends grants on SPS RNTI after UE sends MAC CRNTI CE in MSG3?

Suppose UE intitiates an Rach for TA failure or No SR resource, UE sends an MAC CRNTI CE in msg3 and expects old RNTI allocation for Contention resolution success. But what if eNB gives SPS RNTI Ul allocation after MSG3 , will UE resolves the contention resolution after this?

What is the UE behavior if SR Rach is fails?

If SR Resource is not configured then UE triggers RACH to acquire UL grant, but if RACH fails or fails to receive UL grant?
