Does PRACH depends on BWP or is it common for entire BW?

If UE is transmitting particular BWP then How ENB will switch an BWp?Based on what measure ENB will decide?

PRACH is depends on BWP configuration. Each BWP will have different configuration which can be received fro SIB and UE acts based on the BWP configuration.
