Job Description:
Minimum 3 years experience in full Data Warehouse development lifecycle.
Experience of Netezza environment administration.
Ability to Manage data skew, zone maps, Nz migration and database objects.
Demonstrate understanding of Data Warehousing, MPP and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
Twin Fin architecture and high availability architecture.
Physical database design and online production support for Netezza database.
Demonstrate knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Modelling.
Database recovery and restart procedure.
Database monitoring and skilled with periodic performance tuning.
Ability to use External tables in loading and unloading data.
Backup/restore utilities. Demonstrate knowledge of optimizer settings.
Experience in planning and execution of hardware/software upgrades and expansion
