How MAC scheduler schedules all the UE within TTI duration in 5G?

As per my knowledge MAC scheduler (Macro ENB) requires at least 400 micro seconds to schedule the UE's ,then How it adopts to 5G

If we reduce TTI duration in 5G ,how MAC to PHY communication will be?

In LTE MAX to PHY delay will be 1ms in every set of MPI message ,but in 5G TTI is 100microsecond then how MAC will prepare MPI messages in 100microsecond?

How does the transmission opportunity is notified by MAC and the TB size is being sent over it to AM and UM?
  1. If DTCH (AM & UM) and DCCH (AM) are being scheduled (Tx opportunity) by MAC, So does 'same TBS is notified' to both entities (AM & UM) after knowing BO from all AM, UM and TM entity or it gets distributed among them?
