When UE is in IDLE-MODE from Only the MME knows its location up to the granularity of a TA. I wonder whether there is any possibility for an eNB to deduce in terms of how many IDLE MODE UEs it has within its coverage?
How government individual tracks suspicious UE in LTE ?which entity is responsible for this tracking,can they block UE (like UE should not able to use any other SIM and which entity is responsible to this)
