Hi,

No, it is not possible to attach other than emergency attach.It is implementation specific that all your core node should support the new PLMN otherwise it is difficult to handle . If your core element doesn't have target UE IMSI then it will be security issue , so network should support UE's PLMN as well as IMSI.

LTE: Can an eNodeB start broadcasting/stop broadcasting additional PLMN without restarting ?

Is it possible an eNodeB start broadcasting or stop broadcasting for an extra PLMN ? Is it necessary MME should know about PLMN change at eNodeB in advance ? My queries are mainly related to network sharing.

LTE : Broadcasting of SIB4 sys information will it help for to get CGI information of cells?

In sib4 we will broadcast intra frequency cells information, will it help to get cgi info of cells which are we broadcasting in SIB4.
