Hi,
No ,only N-GBR you can schedule it in secondary cell . voice call uses GBR bearer for the transmission. some implementation says GBR data you should not schedule in secondary cell because GBR is guaranteed bit rate , if you admit GBR bearer then it means primary cell has GBR BW to schedule that particular bearer , so why do we need secondary cell to process it. one more thing is after admitting many GBR and secondary cell is not available then it leads violation of GBR policy so make sure GBR will get priority always schedule it on primary cell. But no spec restricts this GBR and N-GNR bearer scheduling in secondary cell , it is implementation specific .

VoLTE is the prominent solution of voice call in the LTE network. VoLTE uses IMS infrastructure to provide voice services in LTE network. IMS network is not new in the telecom, it is quite old solution for voice call across the different network (circuit switch / packet switch ). How does IMS network provide better services through LTE devices as compare to 2G/3G ?

Because all the packets are IP based packets in LTE, bearer implementation is upto ENB implementation specific , ENB can allocate any bearer fro any service if they want,in this scenario how voice call will be tracked for security purpose?
