Download and install the WinSCP on your PC.

Open a new session.

Next, select the Proxy tab.

Select the Tunnel tab.

Select Preferences tab.

Click "Save..." to save your setting.

Click "Login" to start the session. Your password will be prompted twice.

Transfer files as you like.
