My question is about LTE simulation,what simulation i can do for LTE (voice ,video and SMS) with opnet-16 modular? What parameter??

As far as I know it supports all Voice, Data (assuming video as data). Not sure about the SMS. There is a lot of material available on the web and also lot of books too.

LTE: How Reliance Jio would provide free voice call and SMS ?

As far as I know, Reliance Jio is new in telecom domain and don't think so they would be having 2G or 3G CS network to provide voice call for the user. Now question comes up how they will provide voice call ? If they will use VoLTE then it will be VoIP based and VoIp comes under the data service which would be charged based on usages.
