What are the parameters can be modified runtime in LTE eNodeB?

Is it possible to modify the parameters if eNodeB at runtime if yes then do anyone have a list of those.

Well I think it is up to the manufacturer of E-NodeB, you need to consult their documents on what can be allowed to be changed during run time.

e.g. on air interface some of parameters being broadcast-ed on system info block may be allowed to be modified and some may not ...

On what parameter basis, eNodeB changes its current transmission mode to different transmission mode for an UE ?
What parameters are considered to take decision on transmission mode ? Does the eNodeB inform to UE about the selected TM ?
