Explain Difference between Panel and GroupBox classes using .NET?

Any one Explain what is the basic difference between ASP and ASP.NET??

Panel and Group box both can used as container for other controls like radio buttons and check box. The difference in panel and group box are Panel
Panel box

In case of panel captions cannot be displayed
Can have scroll bars.
Group box

Captions can be displayed.
Cannot have a scroll bar
