It is nothing. 0
cuz a blind man cant read, deaf cant hear and dumb cant speak. And so, written in the letter is nothing.

A headless man had a letter to write = keyboard,
It was read by a man who had lost his sight = CPU,
The dumb repeated it word for word = Screen,
And deaf was he who listened and heard = HardDisc

So the answer is a Computer
