Who hacked the system?

A school's computer system was recently hacked and the school has narrowed the pool of possible hackers to 5 people that were in the computer lab: Tyler, Justin, Chandler, Paige, and Shelley. Each of them gave three statements, two of which are true and one false.

2. I've never hacked in my life.
3. Paige did it.
Justin
1. I didn't do it!
2. The attack was done from within the network.
3. I don't like Shelley.
Chandler
1. I didn't do it!
2. I've never seen Shelley in my life.
3. Paige did it.
Paige
1. I didn't do it!
2. Shelley did it.
3. Tyler was lying when he said I did it.

You are a spy trying to gain access to a high profile building that contains very classified information. The only thing standing between you and those secrets is a keypunch security system containing the digits 1-9 that will open the door to the building. Each suspected player made three statements from each suspected player and out of which two are true and one is false.

Detective John was investigating a murder in China.
It was a difficult case, and John was completely stumped until he noticed a message sent to him by the killer cunningly hidden in a newspaper advertisement selling Car Licence Plates.
Detective John thought about it for a while, and when he had solved the puzzle, immediately arrested the guilty man.
