Handel has been killed and Beethoven is on the case. He has interviewed the four suspects and their statements are shown below.
Each suspects has said two sentences.
One sentence of each suspect is a lie and one sentence is the truth.
Help Beethoven figure out who the killer is.
Joplin: I didn't kill Handel. Either Grieg is the killer or none of us is.
Grieg: I didn't kill Handel. Gershon is the killer.
Strauss: I didn't kill Handel. Grieg is lying when he says Gershwin is the killer.
Gershwin: I didn't kill Handel. If Joplin didn't kill him, then Grieg did.

There Were 5 Suspects. Who Killed Her ?

A woman was brutally murdered at noon on Christmas.
There were 5 suspects.
They were all questioned about their whereabouts of that that day.
These were their statements;

Suspect #1 : I was with my wife that day. She gave birth to our son so I was at the hospital with her.

Suspect #2 : I don't remember exactly what I was doing but I can sure as hell tell ya I wasn't killin nobody.

Suspect #3 : I was shopping at the mall for late Christmas presents.

Suspect #4 : I don't have to answer this.

Suspect #5 : I was walking my dog around the park. Same as every other day at noon.

Billy "The Knife," the infamous tough guy, was found murdered one night in an alleyway behind the nightclub he used to frequently visit. The police brought in three suspects on the next morning. One of the officers interrogated the three men and noted down the following statements.

Alex:
1. I did not kill Billy.
2. Jimmy is not my friend.
3. I knew Billy.

Jimmy:

2. Alex and Dexter are friends of mine.
