Rahim took 7 sec more than Ram. If Ram runs 7 minutes more he will cover 25 meters. Hance Ram beats Rahim by 25 metres.

Rahim reaches 100 meters in 35 sec,
Then, Ram in 35 sec reaches:
100 m / 28 sec x 35 sec = 125 meters
Then the answer is 125 - 100 = 25 meters
