11 sheep & 22 chickens


Sheep- head= x, feet= 4x
Chicken- head= y, feet= 2y
y=2x
x+y+4x+2y=99 --> 5x+3y=99 --> 5x+3*2x=99 --> 11x=99 --> x=11
