Rice cooks faster if surrounding boiling water is at a higher temperature. On which peak would rice cook faster - Everest(8848) or K2(8611)?

Lower atmospheric pressures at high altitudes make the water boil at a lower temperature because of the resulting lower water vapor pressure. Since the boiling water is at a lower temperature relatively speaking at Everest the Heat transfer will be that much slower between water and the rice. This means the Rice in K2 will boil faster.
