Ratio of the metals in the new alloy
Al : Zn : Cu = (5/8 + 8/13) : (3/8) : (5/13)
= (129/104) : (3/8) : (5/13)
= 129 : 39 : 40
Therefore the copper in the new alloy
= 40/208 = 5/26 kg per kg of the alloy
