Answer: 2

6+2+4 = 12
The hundreds digit is 3 times the tens digit = 6,2 =2 x 3 = 6
And the tens digit is 1/2 the units digit = 2,4 =4/2=2
so, the answer is 2.

The answer is incorrect as the question does not ask what the 3 digit number is.  It actually asked what the tens digit of the number is.  So the answer is 2, that is 2 is the tens digit of the number
