Answer: 55
Explanation:
3+2=7

8+7=15, 15*2=30, 30+15=45 (2 is the second numeral from the previous equation), hence 8+7=45.

9+4=13, 13*7=91, 91+13=104 (7 is the second numeral from the previous equation). hence 9+4=104.

Similarly,

10+1=11, 11*4=44, 44+11=55 (4 is the second numeral from the previous equation). hence 10+1=55.
