You have 5 jars of pills. Each pill weighs 10 grams, except for contaminated pills contained in one jar, where each pill weighs 9 grams. Given a scale, how could you find which jar had the contaminated pills in just one measurement?

NUMBER THE JARS 1,2,3,4,5.
NOW TAKE 1 PILL FROM 1ST JAR
AND TAKE 2 PILLS FROM 2ND JAR
TAKE 3 PILLS FROM 3RD JAR
TAKE 4 PILLS FROM 4TH JAR
TAKE 5 PILLS FROM 5TH JAR
MEASURE THE WEIGHT OF ABOVE 15 PILLS
THE WEIGHT SHOULD BE 150 GRAMS IF EACH ONE IS 10 GRAMS
SO SUBTRACT THE WEIGHT OF 15 PILLS FROM 150
HOW MUCH YOU WILL GET IS THE NUMBER OF THE BOX CONTAINING CONTAMINATED PILLS

There are 10 identical boxes each containing 10 balls. One Of the box has all the balls of 9 kgs while rest of the boxes have balls of 10 kgs. You have an electronic weighing machine. How could you find the box with 9 kgs balls with just 1 weighing?

We have 4 bags and each bag balls of 100 gm except one bag which has all 90gm balls.
Now we need to find out the bag which has all 90gm balls with single measurement?

In order to win a free laptop computer, students had to guess the exact numbers of gumballs in a jar. The students guessed 45, 41, 55, 50, and 43, but nobody won. The guesses were off by 3, 7, 5, 7, and 2 (given in no particular order). From this information, can you determine the number of gumballs in the jar?
