Answer is Thyme.
Two personal pronouns if you take - 'Thy' & 'Me'.
An herb will name, without mistake, That scents the garden border. - 'Thyme' means a low-growing aromatic plant of the mint family. The small leaves are used as a culinary herb and the plant yields a medicinal oil.
