This name comes from the Arabic for 'noblity of faith/religion', and appears in the name of an Indian classical musician and a 13th century ruler.
However, it is perhaps more familiar to us because of a genial character well known for rubbing things the right way.

What is his name?

Which battle is this?

His many eccentricities included being a germophobe and having a penchant for a certain food, chicken. He ate only chicken as a protein source.
From a remark by one of his acquaintances: please fill in the name of this person in the 2 blanks: "Many chickens died so that ______ ______ may live".

Hint: He is also noted for his development of a huge wooden aircraft known as the "Spruce Goose".
