It is a Fibonacci series addition in the first column. Difference between 14 and 8 is 6. Difference between 19 and 14 is 5.
6 + 5 = 11. So 11 is added to 19 to get the next number 30.
Difference between 30 and 19 is 11.
(Difference between 19 and 14) + (Difference between 30 and 19) = 5 + 11 = 16. So 16 is added to 30 to get the next number 46.
Difference between 46 and 30 is 16.
11 + 16 = 27
So 27 is added to 46 to get the next number 73.
So A is 73.
In the second column also it is Fibonacci series addition.
Difference between 10 and 11 is -1.
Difference between 16 and 10 is 6.
-1 + 6 = 5
So 5 is added to 16 to get the next number 21.
Difference between 21 and 16 is 5.
6 + 5 = 11
So 11 is added to 21 to get the next number 32.
Difference between 32 and 21 is 11.
5 + 11 = 16
So 16 is added to 32 to get the next number 48.

The 2 columns of numbers have thier differences that follow fibonaci sequence with the 1st column starting with differences 6 and 5 and 2nd column starting with numbers -1 and 6

The 3rd difference for 1st column should be 6+5 = 11
And for 2nd column -1 + 6 = 5.

Similarly the last difference for 1st column is 16 + 11 = 27
And for 2nd column it's 11 + 5 = 16

So the 1st column answer = 27 + 46 = 73
