From the information that is given in the question only a couple ie., 2 people went to the Picnic

But if you are asking how many people the whole family has
then there are 35.

Couple 2 people
Sons 5 people
Sisters 7 people
Babies 21 people

Therefore the total is 35 people

2 == 1 couple
5 === 5 sons
7 === 7 sisters
21 === 21 babies

Ans :- Total number of people went for picnic - 35

there are 35 people in the picnic

2 or 147
Couple-2
Son-5
Each son has 5 sister-5*7=35
Each sister has 3 babies-35*3=105
So 2+5+35+105=147...

16 answer 5number brother only 3sister

When they started off on the great annual picnic every wagon in town was pressed into service, each one carrying the same number of people.

Half way to the picnic ground ten wagons broke down, so it was necessary for each of the remaining wagons to carry one more person.

When they started for home it was discovered that fifteen more wagons were out of commission, so on the return trip there were three persons more in each wagon than when they started out in the morning.

Now can you tell how many people attended the great annual picnic?

Camp Pineveiw's cook, Margaret Johnson, was just about to begin preparing the picnic lunch for all the campers. She already knew she needed to fill 55 bowls of the same size and capacity with the same amount of food. When she was done, she decided to read the guidelines for the picnic, just out of curiosity. The guidelines said:

1. Every camper gets their own bowl of soup.
2. Every two campers will get one bowl of spaghetti to share.
3. Every three campers will get one bowl of salad to share.
4. All campers are required to have their own helping of salad, spaghetti, and soup.

After some rapid calculations, Margaret was able to figure out how many campers were going to the picnic. Can you?
