About 70% of the body is comprised of water. All of ours cells are surrounded by extracellular fluid or a watery solution, cells also have intracellular fluid. So, it is evident that water is important for fertility too. The basic contributions of water to both men and women fertility are :
- Flushing out toxins
- Helping in fluid retention for the fetus
- Easing implantation of fetus to the uterus wall
