The above term was first used by the Newman, and can be explained as follows - Because if you are not growing, then you cannot be alive. Growing helps by developing our bones, muscles, tissues, and cells. Also, growth can ensure proper nutrition, if not then, it means that you are not growing very well, and this proves that if you grow, that means you also have life.
