Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta is the real name of Lady GaGa
In the mid-2000s, Gaga was performing under her given name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, and started the Stefani Germanotta Band (SGBand).
One of her boyfriend from Lower East Side called her Gaga after the Queen song Radio Ga Ga so she added Lady before GaGa which depicted her both side.
